Management of the Boarding School

Menahem Gol has been the head of the "Beit Chaya" Boarding School since 2006. Born in Israel, he received a classical Jewish education, graduated from yeshivas in Lod and Kfar Chabad, and also received rabbinic ordination. His service in the Israel Defense Forces gave him not only military training but also experience in organizational and educational work. Rabbi Menahem, even before coming to us, gained significant experience working with children in Israel: he led the "Or Avner" summer camp for several years and was a counselor and teacher.

Reb Menahem plays many roles at the Boarding School: manager, organizer, teacher, caregiver, and father to all the children. He is a kind and open person, easily connects with the children, understands their difficulties, and is always ready to support them.

Reb Menahem is a strict and fair mentor who always instills important values in children and sets clear boundaries. Despite the challenges, he masterfully handles all his roles. His care and dedication evoke deep respect and genuine love from the children.

Reb Menahem considers his main task to be creating conditions for the development of children and their future. He takes care of every detail—from creating a homely atmosphere to providing quality education, staying in contact with alumni, and supporting them in their studies and life. His work is round-the-clock and is carried out under the motto: "I give my heart to the children."
